How can I buy the voucher?
Click any of the buttons on this page. It’ll send you to our WhatsApp page where you can send us a message. After we understand what you need, we’ll send you the voucher.
Can I choose the tour date myself?
If we’re available at the date you choose, yes. If not, we’ll have to work something out. We’ll let you know in advance so everyone will be available when you want the tour.
Who will be my guide?
Most likely, Marius, the founder of Massif Experience. If not, you’ll get one of our partners, all very good friends of us and professional riders.
Does the voucher expire?
Yes! All vouchers have a 1-year availability. If you want to expand that timeline, please message us and we’ll come up with a solution.
Can I refund the voucher?
No. All vouchers are non-refundable. If the person you give it to can’t make it to the tour, you can reschedule or give the voucher to someone else.
What vouchers do you have for sale?
For every tour we offer you can get a voucher. Whether it’s ski, snowboard, splitboard, or MTB tours or lessons, you can get a voucher and offer it as a gift to anyone you know.
