Meet Mihnea Prundeanu, Your IFMGA Mountain Guide
Mihnea Radu Prundeanu will be our main guide in our trip to Norway.
He’s an alpinist, geographer and IFMGA mountain guide who traveled around the world, climbing Mont Blanc, Yosemite, the Denali Mountains, the Cordillera Blanca, Himalayas, and more.
He’s an IFMGA mountain guide since 2018, and since 2019 he’s been living in Chamonix, France, the heaven for all mountain guides.
He’s also good friend of Massif Experience and a fan of what we do.
Ski With The Aurora Borealis
Experience the wild yet peaceful landscape that Norway offers to all its riders. Here, the mountains blend in with the sea, and the fjords seem like the only thing stopping you from surfing. Ride your skis or snowboard in fresh pow and enjoy a calm backcountry where you disconnect from all that bothers you and connect with nature. All this with the Northern Lights dancing above you while you shred lines nobody’s ever done before.
Highlights
Norway is a beautiful country, great for everyone who wants a ski trip in a place that’s less crowded than the popular Alps.
We’ll land in Tromsø and then take a short drive to Lyngseidet, our basecamp for the next few days. We’ll reserve 1 day for the arrival and 1 for the departure.
We’ll have 5 days of backcountry guiding with an IFMGA guide. We’ll climb from the sea level to mountains of up to 1,000m, where you’ll ride along the sea, the mountains, and the Northern Lights.
We’ll also have one day of resting or visiting the areas around our basecamp. If all of us decide we’d rather do another guided tour even during this day, there’s a small fee.
You’ll get to ski or snowboard along the sea and across mountains, witnessing some breathtaking landscapes that you can only find here in Norway.
Riding with The Northern Lights above you is everyone’s dream. You’ll experience what few people ever imagine.
