What happens if I damage your equipment?
Mistakes are natural. Small scratches and damages are on on us. If the accident is worse and caused by neglect or not listening to our advice, you’ll have to cover the damages. No reason to stress, though. We’ve never had a major accident where the bike or splitboard got totalled.
Should I rent or come with my own equipment?
As a rule of thumb, we always recommend our clients to bring their own equipment. You’ll feel the most comfortable on your own bike or skis. However, if you’re coming from aboard and you can’t possibly take your equipment, we’ll be more than happy to provide you with all you need.
